[Q] How to update daily Builds topic

I updated my i9300 with custom rom (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=901149) build on 7th Jan 2015 using Philz touch recovery. Later on 10th Jan they posted a new build of rom with updated features. I checked for updates in settings, but it doesn't show any new update. How can I update the new upcoming builds without losing the settings(wifi, contact, msgs) like Samsung originally sends update. I found a similar thread(http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=901149), but won't a new install from SDcard Zip will replace the existing setting and OS ??

Plz help.
