[Q] Help RAW topic

Please i buy a microSD Samsung EVO 32GB and i found its just want to read and not to write
i try a lot of things still the same i sell it to my friend and he has S.xperia Z2 after two days it past en RAW mode and now it's unable to format and its damagged
i try sdformatter, Testdesk, Flash memory, Mini tool partition Wizard, cmd command and still note working
please Help me
