[Q] [HELP on HTC one S Root access] topic

Hi,

I am trying to gain root access to the device HTC one S for Custom ROM installation(CM) .
I have unlocked the boot loader but if i try to gain SU the device is stuck in "Entering Recovery..." prompt(Waited for 30 min).

Device details(FROM boot loader screen)

VILLEEC2 PVT SHIP S-ON RL
HBOOT-3.01.000

Can anyone please help here? Any help or suggestions are really appreciated
