[Q] Help installing CM11 topic

Can someone post full tutorial how to install CM11 on pico(I'm HTC noob :D). My pico has stock rom, locked bootloader and not rooted. I've tried all tutorials from General thread but I can't get them to work. So please someone help me?

I have windows 8.1 on my PC if it makes any difference when installing drivers.
