[Q] HELP! hipstreet W7 windows 8.1 tablet topic

hello my windows failed to boot after a removed recovery partition (only 16gb storage in these things) and ive had to reformat windows but i am missing one driver and that is the touch screen driver i have the hardware ID which is mssl 1680 ive had no luck up to now :( someone please help me
