[Q] Helium Backu-Up is not detecting tablet. Why? topic

Dear experts,

I try to backup my tablet without rooting it using the Helium app. My PC runs with Win 8 and my tablet ist a Samsung 3g 10.1 tab 2 (P7501). I did teh following:
- installed the Helium app on my tab
- installed the ADB Drivers from http://forum.xda-developers.com/show....php?t=2537083
- installed Helium Desktop SW
- started Helium app
- started Helium desktopt SW

Funny Thing, my PC detects the tablet and I do have Access to my files. Helium is not detecting my tab.
