[Q] Has anyone captured the latest OTA for our device for sideloading? topic

I am talking about the OTA mentioned here http://forum.xda-developers.com/desi...308mb-t2990837. My friend not able to access wifi and has limited data so I was thinking of sideloading it but I am not able to find any zip for it. Can someone link me to it?
