[Q] Has any1 else had issue while in app or game screen zooming in and getting stuck. topic

I have issue with apps and games from play store and amazon store tap the on screen controls or to hard it zooms in or screen capture and wont zoom out. I've searched and contacted amazon about my issue. I was just wondering anyone has insight on this issue.
