[Q] Fujitsi Arrow F10D topic

Really need some help for this phone what im looking for is a way to remove the sim lock from the phone it is from NTT Docomo Pacific. So far it seems only docomo can do this for only np but only at stores in japan(dont wanna go to japan) no luck with online services and this phone wont update when its not connected to docomo japans network aaaaaaaaahhhhhh
ANY HELP WOULD BE FANTASTIC
