[Q] Downgrade 5.0.1 to 4.4.4 topic

Using the factory image of 4.4.4 can I use the flash all script removing -w to keep settings in order to downgrade from stock lollipop?

I have the issue on lollipop where celluar data stops flowing even though full signal.
