[Q] different with 816g & 816 !! topic

I have htc desire 816G dual sim
why in the camera settings there is 8MP instead of 13Mp ???
And when I check my phone by CPU-Z , the detail of my cpu shown as octa core with 1.7 Ghz ??
And why my android in different with another htc desire 816 phones ??? :(:(
