[Q] bypass native mail app's demand for pin lock? topic

Hi. When I added my company email to the phone's native mail app I had to submit to some demands. The most intrusive demand was for me to enter a pin code to unlock the phone. Since I want my company mail on my phone I have to find a way to circumvent the lock. I want to only have to pull the lock slider.

Any ideas. Thx but no I don't want to root.
