[Q] Audio lost (sometimes) topic

getting a weird bug, sometimes the phone detects an auxiliary output connected, when there actually isn't, so I can't hear calls or music or whatever. Is this a hardware or software bug? Please help, thanks in advance.
using xperiance 9.02 and then cm12 by anerik with donkeykang 3.6 kernel
