[Q] [5.0][ROM]OnePlus One ROM Lollipop Alpha topic

So this ROM has been released recently by OnePlus. My question is, is this for everyone? Can we flash it on our Moto G? I think it is only for OnePlus One mobiles but i am not sure.
I can't find any website mentioning it is specific for OnePlus One.
