Prioblem for SH-12C Phone (nttDocomo) topic

Hi all,
I have a cell phone is Sh-12C.
When turn on power start it, just show logo "Aquos phone".,.It's not boot to menu.
Before that, i din't Up Room or Fimware,...
I don't fix this problem for my phone. Please help me !!!
