PRESTIGIO advertise that their SmartPhone based on Sony IMX179 sensor, supports 13MP? topic

I think some manufacturers are cheating us. Here is something wrong going with the specs of the Multiphone 5550 DUO as found in their websites:

For the above mentioned Multiphone they advertise that it features a 13.0MP rear camera equipped with a Sony IMX179 camera sensor. From the Datasheets of the Sony IMX 179 I noticed that the particular sensor is an 8.0 MP sensor and not 13.0 MP like they advertise.

Am I missing something?
