need a guide to increase app storage(partition) topic

hi guys, well my storage is full by just installing 23-25 apps can by any means i can use sdcard 0 or 1 to install apps on it by partition nd ol.i have moved all my apps to sd card still i have run out of memeory.any guide to use sdcard memory to install apps would be great:):):):):);)
