Hello guys its been only a week i've had the nexus player and im really enjoying it, i currently have the stock rom and my device is unlocked and rooted.
I have live TV 100+ channels via the app Mobdro http://www.mobdro.com/ which has to be side loaded.
For Movies and live TV i use Kodi and Popcorn time http://popcorn-time.se/popcorntime.apk both which have to me sideloaded.
This is not a complete guide but The Steps i followed to set up my Device.
First i bought this otg hub which has 2 usb and ethernet http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00...?ie=UTF8&psc=1
Second i bought this keyboard/mousepad http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00...?ie=UTF8&psc=1
Third was Rooting and i used this guide https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7EWK...9W-Bxa&index=2
Fourth was sideloading apps https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=N03T...9W-Bxa&index=3
