Most stable ROM? topic

Hi, I just dusted off my vibrant after 3 years, flashed S+ Reborn 4.4.4 & NeatKernel (the phone didn't like Semaphore, everything was crashing)
Can you recommend a more stable rom/kernel? ICS/JB perhaps?
