LG Realm - Can it run without battery . topic

Can LG Realm run without battery ? I need a cheap phone for someone in my house who is addicted to the game Restaurant story , only use of the phone is to play this game , that person does not require a smartphone for making calls or anything else .

Currently Pantech Burst is being used for this purpose but after one month of use the battery is almost dead . Instead of buying batteries for this old pantech i thought of getting the Realm because its very cheap , but the best option for me would be a cheap phone that can run without batteries from the charger .
