Is there a Vanilla Android ROM available similar to a Google Play Edition Device? topic

Is there any ROM out there that will get rid of touch wiz and keep all IR and NFC functionality similar to a Google Play Edition device? I hate Touch Wize, but the hardware on this looks very solid.
