How to get mobile hotspot get working topic

I'm from india ,bought droid Maxx to india and working with local cdma network perfectly data SMS and calls .. But my mobile hotspot not sharing internet with others (mobile or laptop) why this happening .. I have unlocked boot loader and rooted .. I'm on 4.4.4
