Help !! Samsung 700t refrbished. is this legit ? topic

Hi im new to this forum, i found a refurbished Samsung 700t model in ebay which is 21500 INR (roughly 350 USD).
There is not much information about the configuration, it says samsung 11.6 700t i5 128gb 4gb windows 7
i have no idea about which variant it is.
Can you guys enlighten me on this please ?
is this legit product ? is it worth buying it ?
I am planning to get it mainly for digital art (Photoshop, Manga, Paint SAI)
