HELP: Missing Files to SIM Unlock the Sprint/VM HTC Desire 510 topic

In our quest to SIM unlock the Sprint/VM HTC Desire 510 to work on GSM Network; we stuck on missing file(s) and we need some help.

Current status so far:
Phone enables entering the PIN for a foreign SIM card and detect when wrong PIN code is entered.
Current plan (credits to “Jdmedeiros”):
Overwrite the radio.img in order to connect to GSM. However, we are facing problem doing so even with ADB and S-off.
Suggested Solution:
1- Extract the radio.img and other radio related files from a Telus update (RUU) and then placed them into the VM/Sprint update and then flash the phone. or
2- Decrypt the Telus update, change the model reference info, and then encrypt and flash to the phone.
Missing Files:
Unfortunately we are missing some files to test either of the proposed solutions, and so, we need the help from everyone to get hand on one of those files:
HBoot file for the following RUU with version-baseband: 1.101.1372.19.0725 0PCVIMG_A11_UL_K44_DESIRE_SENSE60_AIO_TELUS_WWE_1. 11.661.1_Radio_1.101.1372.19.0725_10.22.4205.00L_r elease_391960_combined_signed_2_4.
OR
The RUU file: 0PCVIMG_A11_UL_K44_DESIRE_SENSE60_AIO_TELUS_WWE_1. 18.661.2_Radio_1.101.1372.19.0918_10.24.4205.00L_r elease_395544_signed_2_4.zip
