Help Installing Custom Rom topic

Sir I Wanted to Install CM11 Rom on my HTC One X Phone

after following the guide i have unlocked the BL and install

openrecovery-twrp-2.6.3.0-endeavoru also tried

recovery-clockwork-touch-6.0.4.8-evita
openrecovery-twrp-2.6.3.0-endeavoru (only TWRP was working ) But when installing rom initially i was getting message


getprop(ro.bootloader =1.28.00

so i edited Rom file and remove the line which check's

Now New Error message

set_metadata_recursive: some changes failed
Error executing updater binary in zip


(While searching forum found few told to update TWRP recovery , i tried updating to latest from twrp site , still same issue
