HBO Go launcher for XBMC Gotham here topic

I take little credit for this. I just took apart one of Elmerohueso's launchers and modified it a bit to run the HBO Go app and have a pretty Icon. I am using this with XBMC 13.2 on the Confluence ++ theme so that I have access to HBO Go from a shortcut.

Again, MANY thanks to Elmerohueso for providing the original shortcuts for Netflix and Crackle and many other items.
