Google Hangouts topic

Hello -

I installed Google services and got Hangouts working... well somewhat. What I noticed is that Hangout messages or Google Voice messages will sometimes not come thru. I will need to launch the App first then things will start coming thru... but not always. Sometimes messages come thru just fine after a restart... This is really frustrating because I cannot reliably trust that all my messages are received. Any ideas :confused:
