Disadvantages of custom (CM/AOSP based) Roms? topic

Well, it's a pretty well known fact how many advantages are there for new custom roms which are either based on AOSP or CM.

But what are the disadvantages of these roms?
What are the things I would be missing out if I moved from stock based roms to either AOSP or CM?
