Can't update superuser binaries, no root after KK update topic

After much delay, I finally unrooted, restored to stock 10A, rerooted and then took the stock KitKat upgrade. I am rooted but SU fails on loading, stating the binaries are outdated but fails on updating them. I tried IO root25 but when it reboots back to recovery, I get then supine Android guy with the big red error sign and have to reboot. I am hoping there is a fix for this rather than downgrading again.
