Bumping Firefox OS, Sailfish OS, and Ubuntu Touch? topic

Would it be feasible to bump the Nexus 5 built Roms of these OS's I mentioned in the title? I see that Multirom has been pushed to the LG G3 D855 from the N5, and I'm assuming that since its the same hardware that we could possibly do that.
