A strange buzz inside my phone topic

Hello everybody,
Last night I heard for the first time a strange buzz coming from inside my phone, it's like a crackling and it seems to start occasionally when I press back, home, and app drawer soft keys. It starts also when launching some apps, but less often than with the softkeys.
It is located near the camera.

What could it be?
Should i use my warranty?
