ubuntu touch on nexus 5 problems topic

Hi, last night i installed ubuntu touch on my nexus 5. Its looking good.
But the problem is
1. I am not getting that animated lock/home screen.
२. I am not able to sync my gmail contacts with contact app.
3 Is there any chat app for google & facebook like empathy in desktop.
