[Q] RUU wont open topic

Hi all, I want to go back to stock 4.4.4 developer edition to catch the ota when it drops, i have my phone and ruu ready, but when I open the RUU it starts the installshield, the progress bar finishes and then nothing happens.
I have tried on 2 windows 7 64 bit computers and both have failed.

Any one have any ideas? Please help!
