[Q] Redmi 1S Mokee Rom Language problem topic

Hello all,
I'm trying to flash mokee rom on my device, and it's getting flashed successfully, but since setup screen, everything is displaying in chinis languagge. is this default? non chinis users can't use this rom?
please help anyone.
and how does this rom compared to others?
