HUAWEI U8681 requires stock rom

I am in london ontario canada and I pooted and moved my files to the external memory chip.
I have tried everything and nothing works the requires wifi since I do not have access to data I can not confirm nor
deny that.

My guess is that I moved a system file to the external and erased the external while fighting with my wife.

I guess I need help reloading the phone to the factory resets...
My attempt ended up with issues pre-mentioned.

Is there a stock rom and a tutorial to set it back to factory where google play store wouldn't crash ?
