[Q] HTC One X - Firewater S-OFF? topic

I just discovered by googling that there is a tool that can be used to S-OFF the HTC One X (Endevour).

The tool is apparently from firewater-soff.com however the site is down giving server error and I cannot get any further information.

Is Firewater actually a real tool that can S-OFF an HTC One X?
If it is, are there any copies saved elsewhere?
