[Q] how to fix mediastorage.apk? topic

I uninstalled my media storage.apk from my system. Now I can't set ringtone also my camera app disappeared from menu. Please anyone help me to reinstall it (I've a backup of the app but its not installing, it shows app not installed). My tablet is simmtronics xpad freedom and Android 4.2.2 .
