How to Root Sony T3 18.1.A.1.23 firmware ( 2015 ) topic

Please, there is nothing on this site about Rooting THIS FIRMWARE, and since I can brick aka destroy my phone, don't you dare to tell me to try the 21 firmware method for my phone. Please, I want somebody to write a detailed guide on how to root this device since I cant move apps to sd card so with 4.9 GB that my phone has i can only have 2 good games on it.. I really need and want it rooted but I dont know more less nothing about rooting and cant help myself and I see that also nobody else on this site helps about my device. Please somebody write a guide on how to root this NEW FIRMWARE of Sony T3 device. And please, I dont want to brick my phone so be sure in what you write!
