Help help s3 cant make call or find network topic

Hey I have a Verizon sch i535 (s3) and rooted but deleted some system app something to do with call or phone(war trying to replace it with another) (no backup) now it says no service can't get no signal and when I try dialing a number it says unfortunately contacts has stopped...please help me anyone :(
