Help !!!!!!!! Help me !!!!!!!! for IUNI U2 topic

After installing a new rom (English ROM) on my IUNI U2 to reboot the phone is locked to the IUNI logo and I can do nothing even by several reboot. I can not have access to the fastboot too. Thank you for helping me I have no idea.
