Galaxy S3 has locked by itself topic

Hello. I have a problem. My galaxy sIII i9300 has locket by iself, I dont know whay. Two months ago i installed him a official 4.3 jelly bean firmware
and so far everything worked nicely. I tried to unlock him with voodoo Galaxy sIII unlock. The app give me
SIM lock : read error
then I click the Query Sim lock as Seen from system
the *#7465625# dosn't give anything. What to do Is there a solution for this.Can i unlock him without paying. :(:(:( sorry for my bad english :D
