Failed Flash Help please topic

Hello I've got a big problem. I tried to flash and debrand my Sony Xperia Z Tablet today, everything was ok until I wanted to run my device. After flash my device doesn't work. I did all with tutorial here is a part of my log time

PS. I was trying to falsh again but I couldn't beacuase when computer shows window to plug in my device with holding volume - it doesn't recognize Sony Xperia Z Tablet
