[Q] After installing 5.0.2, Nexus 7 stock in boot loading and won't start topic

I just finish updating my tablet from Android 5.0.1 to 5.0.2
After the update, the device restart and get stuck in boot mode with 4 dot moving. Nothing append.
I try to "wipe data/factory reset". But after reboot, I still see the 4 dot moving in boot mode...

What can I do??
