[Q] Request a widget/shortcut for networksettings topic

Hi XDA.

I live in a place where the 4G cause troubles for me.
And I work at a place where the 4G works better than the 3G
I have searched for a widget to the homepage so I could switch between the two networksettings fast. I hope there is a app out there who can do, what I want :confused:

I've made a picture in paint, to illustrate what i mean. BTW I use CM12 on OnePlus One
