I see Cricket is advertising new prepaid plansi including a 10GB data plan (Pro plan with AutoPay at /month). And SIM's are .99 (for a limited time). I assume no activation fee.

Since StraightTalk's plans only support 3GB (throttled thereafter) I'm considering moving from ST to Cricket. I assume they operate on the exact same network (AT&T) so I assume there should have no coverage differences. Is that a good assumption?

Can anyone please post the APN info for CricketWireless?

Anyone else change from StraighTalk to Cricket? Any issues to report?

The long and short of it is that i rooted the phone with safestrap and used an app called SuperS8M Unlock to unlock the phone. SuperSIM didnt appear to work but it wont ask for the unlock code any longer and cricket was able tp add me to theyre network.
i have super slow data speeds but everything else works great.
anyone know of any rom or kernel i cpuld flash to get proper data speeds?

I know how to flash my ls-970 to Cricket. What I don't know how to do is then activate it with Cricket.

I called Cricket and they said it was impossible to activate a cellphone that does not have a simcard in it. I do understand that their tech support may not be the brightest people and I see on this forum that other ls-970 owners have flashed to Cricket, but nobody explains how they activated the phone after.

Please help me if you have done this. I don;t want to flash it and then find out I can not activate it.
