[Q] Fire TV - Bricked on first day! topic

This is my first use of xda-platform. I had recenty imported pre-rooted Fire TV BOX form USA to use it in Europe.
Yesterday It arrived, I opened the box XBMC was pre installed.

I wanted factory resetted. Through CWM I cleared app data and cache and than It rebooted it.

It started, I gave my User account info and than it started to download new software, after it finshed it powered off and I came back in CWM. I rebooted it, boatloader - - Amazone Logo and it powered off/rebooted and i was again in CWM (clochwork mod) platform.

I tried to backup recory file. It all started and after i connect it to internet with LAN cable software appears - and reboot/power off...

My question - Is my device bricked? Is there any solution? what to do.....

LG D410 boot loop after first upgrade topic

Hi. I just turned on my new D410, set up the account and waited until all the apps from my account was installed. Then I let the system to perform a firmware update. After updating and restart, the phone keeps running the bootloop. I even see a home screen/screen locker for a moment, but then the phone reboots. What should I have to do? I wanted to make the hard reset, but I am not able to enter that hard reset menu. (volume down+power, release power for 1 sec while pressing vol down, press power again). After pressing power the second time, phone just starts.

[Q] "ok google" always on fails after first run topic

I have some problems keeping "ok google" always-on function working in 910c Note 4. After enabling it for working in lock screen it wakes the phone from lock screen or with the screen locked and off but after that first time it stops working. It continues working but only from home screen and the option to enable it again turns grayed. I have to reboot to have the chance for enabling it again but only for one time. I have tried turning off s-voice but same behaviour.

Any ideas?

It is Spanish as the default language that is supported in the latest version.

First gen surface pro wifi issue topic

I have the usual wifi issue where in surface pro only gets 2-3 mbps speed while all my other 6 devices get 16 mpbs, yes my router only supports 2.4ghz mode.. but the unusual thing is, i have this other router which i borrowed that supports both 2.4ghz and 5ghz modes.. in that router if i connect even to the 2.4ghz access point i get the intended speeds ? how come .. i thought surface pro has some issues with the 2.4ghz modes.. this is weird.. any way to fix this without buying a new router? i have tried the registry edit method(AutoUse40Mhz, band), updates , all sorts of thing.. nothing works with my router .. i have a NetGear WNR3500L V2 btw.

Also it gets too hot 65c with just couple of tabs open in chrome ..

Any help is appreciated.

Deployment to 100's of tablets... Automate first 21 setup steps? topic

So I have recently come into Involvement into a project for work where we need to be setting up batches of 100 tablets with our home brew app, games and movies. The initial set up process is the most manual long winding process. It's the initial 21 steps where you set up the wifi, google accounts, samsung, Dropbox etc.

I need to find a better way to do those 21 steps. I've looked into a few solutions but all require the device to have debugging on (which obviously requires those initial steps to be completed)

Any one have suggestions?
