[Q] Nexus 4 Brick topic

I was on lollipop NX rom and wanted NX kernel. I accidentally flashed NX kernel for the Note 1. Now my Nexus 4 won't boot into the system, recovery, or bootloader. Holding the power and volume buttons doesn't do anything but get a blinking red light, regardless of whether the phone is using battery, charging from wall or from computer. Computer doesn't recognize device. I don't think ADB or fastboot is gonna work. Wugfresh won't work either because it's not in debugging mode. Is it completely bricked? Would flashing the wrong kernel hard brick it?
