Screen turning off immediately after being powered on topic

I have problem with my i9505, screen turning off immediately after being powered on.

When I reinsert battery, phone vibrate and Samsung start screen shows in about 2-3 seconds before phone turn off.

I can access recovery mode and download mode but in only 2-3 seconds, then phone turn off.
I have tried with pulling out battery, taking out sim and/or memory card, nothing helps.

Anyone know solution for this problem ?
