Rooting HTC one M8 help topic

alot of the methods up online are outdated (files are no longer available or just didnt work for me)
can anyone provide links for the necessary files you need to root
i have an international model on T-mobile in the UK

also if anyone can be bothered to provide information on how to flash stock android lollipop it would be appreciated
