ACHERON ROM

Here is a debloated Stock NG2 based ROM. I've thrown in a few tweaks, mods and some CM11 features for eye candy. I will be theming this ROM but I wanted to get a good base out to work from. So here it is. First things First - the CREDs

The all important install instructions

download ROM to device (internal or external)

VERIFY MD5 SUM BEFORE FLASHING!!!

reboot to recovery (TWRP)

Wipe cache / dalvik cache / data and system

install ROM zip

(not needed but you can wipe cache and dalvik cache after install again)

reboot - boot time will take around 4-5 mins - everything is being set up

set up accounts / preferences / normal set up
